Mesa has no flat electrical permit fee. Electrical-only work is processed as a stand-alone permit and priced from the residential rate table using the valuation you declare. A typical panel upgrade, valued under $8,333, lands at the $220.00 minimum. A 4% technology improvement fee is added to every permit fee, capped at $800.00. Fees are paid after approval, not at submission.

What you submit

Mesa’s published residential submittal list is written for additions and remodels — the closest category it publishes.
